Center for teaching excellence. The Faculty Center for Teaching Excellence (FCTE) is a resource for all faculty members throughout the Indiana State University community. We offer several opportunities throughout the year, from our Jumpstart January and Mornings In May sessions, to Canvas training and book studies (and everything in between).
