The loot-a-rang has a 0.5 second cast time and as such may not be used while moving. The loot a rang has a 10 second cooldown, and will only loot one corpse at a time, as opposed to all in a general area. It's under Keybinds > Targeting > Interact with target if I'm not mistaken. You just need to target the dead mob.
