If the 2019 (ND2) is a Grand Touring with the 6MT and GT-S package, I’d say it’s worth the price difference. The differences between ND1 & ND2 are more than just the engine - you should take the whole car into consideration unless you plan on stripping the interior, swapping the suspension, and upgrading mechanicals. .
