I am having an issue and I cannot find help anywhere. If I run Yuzu in desktop mode by clicking on Yuzu app image, it reads my sd card, it reads my keys on the sd card, and it reads my games on the sd card. Yuzu runs, loads up a game. I have configured controls in yuzu to handheld mode and steam gamepad. Improve Yuzu performance. I installed Yuzu via Emudeck (using the latest AppImage) but the games I tried (Mario Strikers, Zelda Link's Awakening) run only with 10-20 FPS. Emudeck told me to only activate 4 CPU cores via Power Tools plugin but that did not noticeably improve the performance. Emudeck does install the flatpak for many of its emus so those would be the same either way but I think pcsx2 and yuzu don't use the same builds as the discover store so those would be the only ones you'd need to delete and really you wouldn't necessarily need to delete those you'd just have 2 different versions installed on your deck.Open EmuDeck and go to Steam ROM Manager.
