I tried respec to 30/30 quality (at the cost of my incantations and other bleed weapons) and it kinda seems really weak when you want to bleed an enemy compared to something like flails or the naginata with bloodflame. . I have absolutely sweated ER and quickly got to a high level, so I'm also hoping that as time goes on more people will get to my level range.
